Terms & Conditions of Sale:

The terms and conditions as stipulated herein are binding for all entry package purchases.

1. Overview
   1. K-Wave 2 Music Festival ("the Event") is wholly owned by Macpie Pro Sdn Bhd ("MacpiePro") and "Brought To You By" Mcalls ("Pavocomms"). MacpiePro reserves the rights to change or amend any terms and conditions at any time at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.
   2. The Event is designed for Mcalls Fans and the general public. In order to be a subscriber of Mcalls Fans, the subscriber must be of age fifteen (15) years and above (pursuant to the requirement set by the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission).
2. Purchase and Collection of Entry Package (All Zones & Youth Zone (Alpha Package))
   1. As an entitlement as Mcalls Fans signed up after 3^rd November 2017, each entry package purchased comes with one (1) unique QR code and one (1) Mcalls Y33 sim pack ("Mcalls SIM"). New Mcalls subscribers are required to register and submit their identification ("ID") online for registration process.
   2. No third-party collection of entry package is allowed unless prior approval from the Organizer. Upon collection of the entry package and Mcalls Sim at the collection points, the purchaser must be able to show for verification purposes, the e-confirmation sent to the purchaser and present ID to the counter for verification.
   3. Alpha Package
      No third-party collection of entry package is allowed for Youth Zone (Alpha Package). Upon collection of the entry package and Mcalls Sim at the collection points, the purchaser must be able to show, for registration purposes, the e-confirmation verification sent to the purchaser and a clear soft copy of the ID submitted online during the entry package purchased online.
   4. In the event of any change of the ID(s) submitted during the online purchase, the current valid ID must be produced before the Mcalls’ customer service agents in order to be registered.
   5. For the avoidance of doubt, one (1) ID can only be used to purchase up to FOUR (4) Entry Packages and to register up to FOUR (4) Mcalls Sims. However, only one (1) ID can only be used to purchase ONE (1) Alpha Package (Youth Zone)and to register up to One (1) Mcalls Sim.
   6. The price of the Ticket Package shall be the price set at the time the order for the entry package is accepted.
   7. The resale of entry package is prohibited. MacpiePro reserves the right to cancel any entry packages that have been found resold.
   8. A valid QR code ticket must be produced to get into the Event Venue. Removing any part of, altering or defacing the QR code may invalidate the ticket.
   9. MacpiePro will not be responsible for any ticket that is lost, stolen or destroyed.
   10. Ownership or possession of the ticket does not confer any rights (by implication or otherwise) on the purchaser to use, alter, copy or otherwise deal with any of the symbols, trademarks, logos and/or intellectual property appearing on the ticket.
   11. Information is collected from those registering with Mcalls in order to facilitate entry package purchase or other services available. The information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these conditions.
3. Purchase from Unauthorized Sources / Refusal of Admission
   1. Purchase of entry package shall only be made in our designated website at [www.mcalls.asia] ("Website"). Entry Package purchased from any other source may be unauthorized copies and purchasers may be refused admittance to the Event.
   2. Alpha Package
      Purchase of entry package shall only be made in our designated website at [www.mcalls.asia] ("Website"), Youth Zone (Alpha Package) tab. Entry Package purchased from any other source may be unauthorized copies and purchasers may be refused admittance to the Event.
   3. In the event that the purchaser provides false or incorrect data when making the purchase, the purchaser may be barred from attending the Event.
   4. MacpiePro reserves the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse the admission to, or eject any person whose behaviour does not comply with the rules and regulations set forth by us and/or the venue.
4. Postponement, Cancellations and Refunds
   1. No exchange of tickets will be made under any circumstances and tickets are not transferrable.
   2. If the event is postponed or cancelled, a notice will be posted in the Website. The notice shall advise the procedures for requesting a refund and the period of time within which the purchaser could request a refund. Refund does not include crediting RM 4.00 processing fees and Mcalls Y33 sim pack.
   3. In the event of postponement, purchased entry package for the original date will be valid for the new date unless otherwise notified.
   4. Refund will not be entertained if a request for refund is made after the given period from the date of the notice. Such unrefunded sums shall be dealt with at MacpiePro’s sole discretion.
   5. In the event of cancellation, all tickets purchased using credit cards shall automatically be refunded to the credit cards with which the tickets were purchased.
   6. Tickets purchased using payments other than credit cards shall be refunded by cheque and refunds will have to be made at MacpiePro’s office located at [V03-05-15&17, Designer Office Sunway Velocity, 55100. Kuala Lumpur]. The purchaser will have to produce valid, original tickets in order to claim refunds and submit a photocopy of NRIC to facilitate the cheque issuance.
   7. For entry package redeemed via MMspot M Airtime, the purchase amount of the ticket will be credited back to the respective accounts.
   8. MacpiePro reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.
   9. In the event any of the performing group is unable to attend or participate, and beyond its organizer’s reasonable control, no refund can be claimed under any circumstances.
5. Consent During the event, the ticket holder agrees to submit to any search for any prohibited items including but not limited to weapons, controlled, dangerous and illegal substances and recording devices.
6. Assumption of Risk The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event, including but not limited to any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.
7. Changes to Event Pavocomms reserves the right to withdraw, replace, add or substitute any artists / performers’ and or vary advertised programmes, event times, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notice.
8. Recording/ Audiotaping No photography, audio or video recording is allowed during the Event unless otherwise stated by MacpiePro.
9. Entry to K-Wave 2 Music Festival Entry mode to K-Wave 2 Music Festival venue (Stadium Merdeka) is strictly based on physical ticket (QR code) which is attached with the Ticket Package. Do not alter, remove and/or damage the QR image attached in the Ticket Package pack as it will result in refused admittance to the Event.
