1. Open to all Mcalls Fans who redeem BLINK Zone & Red Zone of BLACKPINK 2019 WORLD TOUR [IN YOUR AREA] KUALA LUMPUR.
2. On 15th February 2019, 3:00PM (for show on 23rd February 2019) and 18th February 2019, 3:00PM (for show on 24th February 2019) , system will start to draw the active Mcalls Number or HITS package number that redeemed BLINK Zone & Red Zone ticket, to win the soundcheck pass.
3. Winner of soundcheck must own an entry ticket to BLACKPINK 2019 WORLD TOUR [IN YOUR AREA] KUALA LUMPUR, redeemed using Mcalls MMspot ID or from HITS Deal.
4. One (1) soundcheck pass is strictly for One (1) person only, cannot be shared with another person.
5. Redeemed soundcheck pass is not transferable, resell or exchangeable for cash or any other items.
6. All winners will receive congratulations email at the end of the Draw and Announcement of Winners displayed in our website. Winner shall present printed email for redemption.
7. Soundcheck pass holder will be given a wristband sealed by the organizer, MacpiePro. The organizer, MacpiePro has the rights to stop you from entering for soundcheck session if any damages or loss of wristband.
8. The organiser, MacpiePro reserves all the rights for this soundcheck event. MacpiePro reserves to change or amend the terms and conditions including but not limited, reschedule, or cancel without prior notice.
9. Mcalls and MacpiePro reserves the rights to disqualify all entries that do not meet the rules and regulations of this event. These include entries submitted with invalid or incorrect information.
10. Mcalls and MacpiePro reserves the rights to deal with all unclaimed prizes in any manner deemed fit.
11. Mcalls cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any Mcalls fans entering this event or as a result of entering this event or accepting any prize. Mcalls is not responsible for any safe custody, return, non-delivery or missing of entries, late, misdirected, problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to Mcalls fan's or any other person's computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this event.

By entering this event or accepting the soundcheck pass, you agree that no claim relating to such losses or injuries (including special, indirect and consequential losses) shall be asserted against Mcalls and MacpiePro, its parent companies, affiliates, directors, officers, employees or agents from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from this event and acceptance of any other prize, including without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage.
13. Mcalls strictly respects and is committed to the protection of your personal data and information and your privacy.
14. Mcalls reserves full rights to at any time, change, revise, amend, delete, vary or add to the Terms and Conditions at its absolute discretion without prior notice to you.
15. The decision made by Mcalls and MacpiePro is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
